I am a licensed clinical Psychologist specializing in adult and pediatric behavioral medicine. My expertise is diagnosing & treating psychological conditions that often have underlying medical etiology. Most of my career has been spent helping women, children & families dealing with chronic illness, anxiety, eating disorders, depression & trauma. I have over twenty years of experience working with issues specific to women, including trauma, PTSD, and domestic violence.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is cognitive behavioral in nature. I utilize a variety of treatment modalities, such as biofeedback and relaxation to assist you with your journey to wellness. I will assist you in a completely individualized plan to suit your needs and goals in therapy. I utilize evidence-based approaches to therapy and will help you gain adaptive coping strategies so you can move forward with your life.
