Great to meet you!

I’m a licensed clinical psychologist with over a decade of experience working with people in outpatient, inpatient, and justice-involved settings. I’ve helped people navigate difficult transitions, periods of intense stress, and situations that feel overwhelming or hard to manage.

I work with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and the lasting impact of past experiences. Many of my clients are also navigating major life changes, health challenges, justice involvement, or patterns that feel difficult to shift. These patterns can include overthinking, emotional cycles, or shutting down under stress.

My style is warm, straightforward, and collaborative, and I create a space where clients can slow things down and talk through what’s unfolding, even if it’s still unclear or messy.

My approach to therapy

I bring together Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and psychodynamic thinking, focusing on both day-to-day challenges and the patterns that shape how you respond over time.

Over time, we start to notice how those patterns play out in real situations and what gets in the way of change. From there, we work on building new ways of responding that hold up outside of session.

What you can expect from me

Sessions won’t feel scripted or overly structured. We talk through what’s happening in your life.

Sometimes that means slowing things down in the moment, other times it means making space for things that are hard to say out loud until they come out naturally. The work is steady and collaborative, and it’s aimed at helping things feel more manageable in everyday life, whatever you’re navigating.
