Great to meet you!

I have an inherent belief in your essential goodness as a human being, and a strong sense of trust in each of my clients’ ability to feel and cope with their pain, as well as to heal from it. I am both deeply empathetic and non-judgmental, and direct and authentic. The therapeutic relationship is most important as far as conditions for client change, so I prioritize this in all of my therapy work.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I utilize EFT, EMDR, and IFS integrated in my own experiential blend. I believe change happens when we are able to have a different experience than our trauma tells us is possible, and then create new life patterns based on those experiences.

What you can expect from our first session

You can expect to experience deeper self-understanding and compassion for yourself and others. You will learn different ways to respond to your symptoms or triggers so painful moments can become a welcome invitation to care for yourself.
