I earned both my Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Social Work from Monmouth University, with a concentration in clinical practice with children and families. I am certified through EAGALA as an Equine Specialist and have a deep passion for guiding clients through equine-assisted psychotherapy in ways that feel safe, grounding, and empowering. I also enjoy incorporating outdoor and nature-based sessions to help clients connect with mindfulness and healing in a more natural, meaningful way.
For me, being a therapist is more than a profession—it’s a calling. I feel honored to support others in finding peace, growth, and connection through presence, nature, and authentic relationships.
Are you feeling stuck, anxious, or overwhelmed? Maybe stress is taking a toll on your relationships, or negative thought patterns are keeping you from living the life you want. You’re not alone, and you don’t have to figure it all out by yourself. Each session provides support, relief from overwhelm, and tools for lasting progress. Feel calmer, more empowered, and ready for what’s next. Healing and growth start here. Take the first step—book a call today. A stronger, more fulfilling path begins now as we work! I have immediate weekday openings.
Together, we’ll build coping skills, bring more calm into your daily life, and strengthen your relationships with those who matter most. You deserve support that fits you—let’s find a path forward together. My therapeutic approach involves deep understanding, genuine listening, teaching skills, and creating a safe space.
