Great to meet you!
I earned both my Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Social Work from Monmouth University, with a concentration in clinical practice with children and families. I am certified through EAGALA as an Equine Specialist and have a deep passion for guiding clients through equine-assisted psychotherapy in ways that feel safe, grounding, and empowering. I also enjoy incorporating outdoor and nature-based sessions to help clients connect with mindfulness and healing in a more natural, meaningful way.
For me, being a therapist is more than a profession—it’s a calling. I feel honored to support others in finding peace, growth, and connection through presence, nature, and authentic relationships.
