Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Brooke, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a background in healthcare and a deep commitment to evidence-based counseling.

I work with individuals navigating life transitions, anxiety, depression, grief, stress, and relationship challenges. My years in healthcare shaped how I think about people holistically and brought me back to what I do best: creating a space where clients feel genuinely supported, understood, and equipped to grow.

My approach to therapy

I take a trauma-informed approach, drawing on CBT, DBT, and motivational interviewing, not as a rigid formula, but as a flexible toolkit.

My goal is for therapy to feel both supportive and practical, so that what happens in our sessions translates into real change in your everyday life.

What you can expect from me

We’ll explore what’s bringing you in, touch on your history, and get clear on what you’re hoping therapy can offer you. Above all, I want you to feel understood from the very beginning. Watching people uncover their authentic self and strengthen their ability to cope - that’s the part of this work I find most meaningful.
