Great to meet you!

My ideal client feels overwhelmed by anxiety/depression & life transitions. They crave mental clarity & order in their lives. Sometimes they just need someone to hear them and help. then figure out their own thoughts. They need tools to manage anxiety, navigate change, & achieve their goals. They want peace of mind & a sense of control.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I help by providing structure, validation, & coping skills. DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy) is effective for BPD. CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) helps with depression & anxiety. Mood stabilizers & therapy are crucial for bipolar disorder. I offer real, honest perspectives to help you come to terms with certain situations and to determine your next best moves.
