Great to meet you!

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I work with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, grief, and life transitions. Whether you’re feeling stuck, struggling with overwhelming emotions, or simply looking for a place to process life’s challenges, I believe therapy can offer the support and tools needed to move forward with greater confidence and clarity.

My professional background also includes working closely with critically ill individuals and their families. Through this experience, I have had the privilege of walking alongside people during some of life’s most difficult moments, helping them navigate uncertainty, loss, caregiving challenges, and end-of-life concerns. These experiences have strengthened my belief in the power of compassion, connection, and resilience.

My approach to therapy

I view therapy as a collaborative process. Together, we will explore your experiences, identify patterns that may be holding you back, and develop strategies that support your goals and overall well-being. Every person’s story is unique, and I am committed to tailoring treatment to your individual needs while creating a space where you feel safe, respected, and valued.

What you can expect from me

Life can feel overwhelming at times, and reaching out for support is often the hardest first step. My goal is to provide a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you can feel heard, understood, and empowered to create meaningful change.
