Great to meet you!

I integrate therapy and coaching for healing, growth and lasting change.

The benefit of working with a seasoned therapist is that I can quickly recognize patterns - getting to the deeper root of what's keeping you stuck. I know what has worked for myself and thousands of clients over the years and can offer you effective skills and strategies to get UNstuck.

My approach to therapy

I am here to help you understand the "why" and build the "how".

We all need support in different seasons of life. My role is to understand, teach and empower, as well as to sometimes gently challenge mental habits and patterns that are no longer serving you in your life and relationships. A Christian perspective is offered for those who are seeking a spiritual approach.

Therapy shouldn't feel clinical or intimidating. It can be a space where you exhale, find clarity, understand yourself more deeply and learn how to make meaningful changes. If that's what you're looking for, schedule a consult to see if we're a fit!

What you can expect from me

My first priority is making you feel comfortable and safe to share.

In our first couple of sessions, I want to get to know you and identify your concerns and goals. It is also very important for me to gather a holistic view of your life, including relevant symptoms, pain points and history for context.

I will guide you to identify what you want and what is in the way; then we can work together on the needed skills and a path to get you there.
