Great to meet you!

Howdy!

I spent years as a teacher, nurturing young minds and fostering a love for learning. I approach therapy with a playful and educational spirit, empowering clients to explore their inner landscapes with curiosity and insight. When I'm not in the therapy room, you'll often find me breaking a sweat at the gym. In addition to pumping iron, I create hand-tufted rugs. It's a meditative practice that allows me to tap into my creativity and bring beauty into the world.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I bring a unique blend of quirkiness, creativity, and compassion to my work as a therapist. In my therapy practice, I embrace a new age approach, blending traditional therapeutic techniques with mindfulness, EMDR, and other holistic modalities.

What you can expect from our first session

Together, we'll embark on a journey of self-discovery and transformation, exploring the depths of your psyche while embracing the magic of the present moment. My goal as your therapist will be to help guide you to look Through The Mirror.
