I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with a Mental Health Service Provider designation in the state of Tennessee and a National Certified Counselor. I hold a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health from Trevecca Nazarene University. After a fulfilling career in education and embarking on my own healing journey, I chose to return to school to pursue my passion for helping others.

I specialize in working with trauma, addiction, life transitions, adjustment disorders, anxiety, and depression. I am trained in EMDR, Brainspotting, TF-CBT, Play Therapy, Sand Play, and Experiential Therapy, allowing me to tailor my approach to meet the unique needs of each client.
