Great to meet you!

I'm Brooke, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist based in Santa Rosa, CA. I've been working with women, teens, and healing professionals since 2015 across community mental health, nonprofits, and private practice in Sonoma County.

I work with anxiety, burnout, life transitions, compassion fatigue, and psychedelic integration. My approach is relational and body-informed. I draw from parts work, mindfulness, DBT, nervous system regulation, and transpersonal frameworks. I pull from whatever is actually useful for you.

I'm direct, warm, and I don't take myself too seriously. Sessions feel like a real conversation. We figure out together what's happening underneath, what your nervous system has been carrying, and what it might look like to actually feel like yourself again.

I received my Master's degree from John F. Kennedy University and have trained in trauma, psychedelic assisted therapy, and somatic-informed approaches. I see clients in person in Santa Rosa and online across California.

My approach to therapy

I draw from parts work, nervous system regulation, mindfulness, DBT, and a transpersonal lens. I pull from whatever fits what you're bringing in. Some people need skills and tools. Some need to slow down and feel. Some need to understand where a pattern came from before they can change it. We figure out together what's useful and adjust as we go.

What you can expect from me

The first session can bring up some anxiety and that's completely normal. I try to name what's in the room. We go over policies, confidentiality, and what therapy actually looks like so you can make an informed decision before we go any further.

From there we talk about what brought you in, what you've been experiencing, and what you're hoping changes. We start building a picture of what you want and how we might get there together. I'm not going to ask you to unload everything in the first hour. We go at a pace that feels manageable.

The second session is where we start to understand more of your story, your history, your relationships, and your strengths. We build as we go, carefully and without rushing.
