Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) who works with adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship stress, and life transitions that may feel overwhelming or destabilizing. My goal is to provide a supportive space where you can slow down, gain clarity, and better understand patterns that may be keeping you stuck.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative and person-centered, informed by CBT, DBT, and ACT. I help clients explore the connection between thoughts, emotions, and behaviors while offering practical, skills-based strategies. My style is warm and curious, while also being direct and goal-oriented.

What you can expect from me

In the first session, we complete an intake where we talk through what brings you to therapy. We’ll begin identifying your goals for therapy, and you’ll also have the opportunity to ask questions, learn more about my approach, and decide whether it feels like a good fit. I look forward to connecting with you when you’re ready.
