Great to meet you!

Some of life's biggest transitions can bring emotions you weren't expecting.

Infertility, pregnancy loss, becoming a parent, postpartum changes, perimenopause, and menopause can affect far more than your physical health. They can change the way you feel, your relationships, your identity, and even your sense of who you are.

I specialize in reproductive behavioral health and support individuals and couples through these deeply personal experiences. My role isn't to tell you how you're supposed to feel. It's to give you a place where you can talk honestly about how you actually feel.

I also bring a neurodiversity-affirming perspective to my work. For people with ADHD or autism, hormonal changes, sensory demands, and reproductive transitions can sometimes feel particularly intense or overwhelming. Therapy should recognize those experiences rather than asking you to fit into a one-size-fits-all model.

As a therapist with Breathable Mental Health, I want you to have a space where you can talk honestly about what you’re experiencing and feel supported through some of life’s most personal and complicated transitions.

My approach to therapy

My approach is trauma-informed, strengths-based, affirming, and compassionate.

I meet you where you are. Together, we'll make space for the grief, anxiety, overwhelm, identity changes, or other emotions that may come with reproductive and major life transitions.

We'll also identify the strengths you already have and develop coping strategies that work with your individual needs and experiences. My goal is to help you feel safer, more understood, and more connected to yourself as you move through this season of your life.

What you can expect from me

Your first session isn't about solving everything at once.

It's about creating a comfortable, judgment-free space where you can share your story and feel genuinely heard. We'll talk about what brought you to therapy, what you're experiencing, and what you hope could feel different.

From there, we'll identify your strengths and begin creating a path forward together.

Most importantly, I want you to leave our sessions feeling understood, supported, and hopeful about what comes next.
