Great to meet you!

Do your emotions feel over-sized or out of control? Are you constantly feeling stressed, overwhelmed, or worried? Whether you are struggling with anxiety, navigating a difficult life transition, or exploring your identity, you deserve a therapy space that feels safe and supportive. I utilize a mindfulness based, trauma-informed, and relationally focused approach to talk therapy that explores you as a whole person. Together we will unpack your life experiences and explore your relational patterns to help you gain a deeper understanding of yourself and create the change that you want to experience in your life.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is mindful, holistic, and integrated mode of talk therapy that pulls influences from practices including Internal Family Systems (IFS), Psychodynamic and Somatic Therapy modalities.

What you can expect from me

In our first session you can expect to review and reflect upon your mental health history and identify goals for therapy together. I believe that nobody embodies only one identity, and everyone is unique and complex with multiple and overlapping identities.
