Great to meet you!

I specialize in supporting women 18+ who are feeling overwhelmed by life transitions, relational shifts, or the quiet pressure to meet the world’s expectations. Many of the women I work with are incredibly thoughtful and capable, yet struggle with self-doubt, perfectionism, or navigating seasons of uncertainty and grief. I’m passionate about helping people build self-trust, soften harsh inner criticism, and develop a more compassionate, grounded relationship with themselves. My work centers on supporting growth that feels authentic, sustainable, and aligned with your values.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative and exploratory, blending mindfulness skills, cognitive-behavioral tools, and relational work to help you better understand your inner world while also developing practical skills for everyday life. Together, we’ll explore patterns that may be keeping you stuck, build emotional resilience, and practice responding to stress with greater flexibility and self-compassion. Therapy with me is about helping you feel grounded, confident, and connected to who you already are.

What you can expect from me

Therapy is a meaningful investment, and I value taking time on the front end to thoughtfully explore alignment. I begin with a consultation call to help us determine whether working together feels like a good fit. The consultation gives you space to ask questions and consider whether what I offer matches what you’re looking for. It also allows me to assess whether your goals fall within my scope of practice. If I believe you would benefit more from a therapist with a specific specialty, I will provide recommendations to help you connect with the right support. Your best interest is always the priority.

If you’d like to schedule a 15-minute consultation, you can view availability in my profile. I can also accommodate morning or evening times throughout the week, please email me at [email protected] with your preferred windows of time, and I would be happy to send you alternate options.
