Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). I have a drive for working with young adults, adolescents, and teens. By using a client-centered approach, I focus on your individual goals and exactly what you want from therapy. Therapy is what you make it!

My approach to therapy

I aim to create a safe, inclusive, and open environment for every client that works with me. I am open to discussing any issues or concerns with clients to continue focusing on the most important part of therapy, you. Every session is your own time, and I want to make sure I respect what you want to get from coming to therapy.

What you can expect from me

During the first session, we will get to know each other. I want to make sure you feel comfortable in sessions and address any concerns/ questions you may have. We will begin by developing a treatment plan to help you achieve your goals within therapy. I will also begin to gather information such as your background and reasons for wanting to begin treatment.
