Great to meet you!

Sometimes life changes before you’ve had a chance to figure out how to change with it. I work with teens and couples navigating identity, relationships, life transitions, anxiety, depression, and the challenges that come with unexpected changes. I also have a passion for supporting people living with physical disabilities or chronic illness, including those adjusting to a new diagnosis or a changing sense of identity. My goal is to create a space where you feel comfortable being yourself while figuring out what comes next.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, collaborative, and focused on helping you build practical tools for real life. I use evidence-based approaches such as CBT, mindfulness, and motivational interviewing while tailoring our work to your goals and needs. Whether you're navigating a relationship challenge, major life transition, or questions about identity, we'll work together to build greater confidence, healthier coping skills, and a stronger sense of self.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is about getting to know you, understanding what brought you to therapy, and creating a plan together. You can expect a welcoming, judgment-free space where your experiences are taken seriously and you don't have to have everything figured out. My goal is for you to leave therapy feeling more equipped to navigate life's changes with confidence and the tools to move forward.
