Great to meet you!

Hello! I am currently accepting new clients for virtual counseling! I strive to create a warm, welcoming, and judgment-free space where children, adolescents, and teens feel safe, heard, and understood. I support young clients experiencing anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, emotional regulation difficulties, behavioral challenges, stress, and life transitions. I use play therapy, CBT, client-centered, and solution-focused approaches to help clients build confidence, develop coping skills, and navigate life's challenges.

My approach to therapy

I hold a master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Tennessee at Martin. My approach is grounded in empathy, collaboration, respect, and positive regard. I strive to build trusting relationships where clients feel valued and supported.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect their first session to be a welcoming, supportive, and judgment-free space where they can feel comfortable being themselves. We’ll take time to get to know each other, discuss what brings them in, explore their goals and concerns, and identify what they hope to gain from our work together. I’ll explain my approach, answer any questions, and make sure they feel heard, respected, and supported throughout the process. There’s no pressure to share everything at once—we’ll move at a pace that feels right for them and begin building a foundation of trust for our work together.
