Great to meet you!

I believe my job as a therapist is to help tap into your most authentic self, and walk alongside you with whatever struggles there may be. My approach to therapy is direct, with the use of humor, analogies, and metaphors; I try to bring every thing together to help make sense in a world that can be confusing. Together we can tackle whatever difficult situation may be occurring in your life and get to the other side.

My approach to therapy

I tend to use therapy styles that work best with the client, but have a basis in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). Between connecting our thoughts, emotions, and behaviors, almost anything can be tackled, understood, and improved.

What you can expect from me

I aim to meet my client where they are at. Frequently this means being the best version of yourself, and overcoming obstacles that have occurred up along the way.
