Great to meet you!

My style is warm, compassionate, collaborative, and genuine. I work with clients who may look like they have it together on the outside while privately struggling with anxiety, self-doubt, relationships, or feeling stuck. I especially enjoy working with clients navigating relationships, dating, breakups, family dynamics, identity, confidence, and major life transitions. My goal is to help you better understand yourself, trust your own voice, and create meaningful change in your relationships and in your life.

My approach to therapy

I aim to make sessions feel conversational and collaborative, while still keeping a sense of direction. Therapy can look different from week to week—you’ll have space to process, explore, or simply talk through what’s on your mind, while we continue working toward the changes that matter to you.

My approach is integrative, combining practical, evidence-based strategies with deeper exploration of the patterns and experiences that shape how you think, feel, and relate to others.

What you can expect from me

The first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other and begin understanding what brings you to therapy. We’ll talk about what you’re experiencing, what you hope to change, and the patterns or challenges that may be getting in the way of feeling more like yourself. I’ll also explain how I work and collaborate with you to begin identifying goals for our work together. Most importantly, you can expect a welcoming, judgment-free space where you don’t need to have the right words or everything figured out—we’ll start wherever you are.
