I have my LPC-Licensed Professional Counselor and LMFT-Licensed Marriage and Family Counselor licenses. I have my Juris Doctorate and I am an expert in family law. My approach is collaborative, practical, and I make sure the client has something they can use to help themselves by the end of every session. I work with all types of clients, but mostly with adults, individually and as couples.

I feel very comfortable engaging in a wide variety of approaches. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Behavior Modification, Psychodynamic, and many other approaches.

I feel very comfortable seeing any type of client.

I use a collaborative approach where the client's ideas and preferences are integrated into the treatment plans. I want the client to always feel heard and respected.

My journey to mental healthcare

I have always enjoyed solving problems and working with people, so being a therapist is the logical integration of those two impulses.

I want the client participating in the formulation of all Goals.

My first session with you

The first session and all sessions involve developing a relationship based on trust and appreciating the client's input. By the end of the first session, we will have put together a treatment plan that the client is totally on board with and completely understands. I want the client to leave the session thoroughly understanding what we will be doing.
