Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor who has decades of experience in various Mental Health settings, such as regular Outpatient Treatment, Residential Treatment for Adolescents, the Utah State Prison, & Crisis Line. I have experience working with a broad range of mental health conditions and diagnoses that include Trauma, PTSD, Depression, Anxiety, Surviving Abuse, Substance and Pornography abuse and dependence, Relationship Issues, and processing Grief & Loss. Bruce utilizes many modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, but have also been trained in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) and Dreamwork (Dream Analysis).

My approach to therapy

ART is a form of psychotherapy that works to reprogram painful memories and images that are stored in the brain, and replaces them with positive ones; and it is done without the client re-living the traumatic event. In addition to powerful perspective changes, he provides a safe environment where his clients experience peace, a new beginning, and healing.

What you can expect from me

"A dream is the answer to a question that you have not yet learned how to ask."
