Great to meet you!

I earned my Master of Social Work from Simmons University and have worked in the mental health field for over 10 years, helping individuals navigate life's challenges and transitions. I strive to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where you feel heard, understood, and empowered to be your authentic self.

My approach to therapy

My approach combines compassion with gentle accountability, helping you reframe unhelpful patterns, gain new perspectives, and develop the tools needed to become the best version of yourself. Together, we'll build on your strengths and create meaningful, lasting change.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, clients can expect a warm, welcoming, and nonjudgmental environment where they can feel comfortable sharing their concerns at their own pace. We'll spend time getting to know one another, discussing what brought you to therapy, exploring your strengths, and identifying the challenges you'd like to address. Together, we'll begin to establish meaningful goals that align with your needs and values. My goal is to help you feel heard, supported, and understood while also gaining a clearer understanding of how we can work together to create positive and lasting change.
