Great to meet you!

Welcome! I believe in reducing emotional pain, resolving relationship struggles, and improving coping skills. I offer both long-term modalities as well as brief, solution-oriented approaches - and am confident that my therapy approach can be pleasurable, precise, and quickly effective.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I use straight talk, playfulness, and curiosity. I am intuitive, non-judgmental, and compassionate with an interactive down-to-earth, I'm-on-your-side style.

After more than 26 years as a mental health professional, I've got a well-blended and intuitive integrated approach that includes creating a strong therapeutic alliance and relationship.

What you can expect from our first session

Goal setting is both a direct initial conversation and process that unfolds as we get to know each other. I tend to get to the heart of things, quickly. This means we'll get a good and thorough overall picture of where you're at and what you're struggling with, and in the process of updating me and starting to explore issues together you'll get to learn my style and how I support clients effectively.
