Great to meet you!

I help individuals who are navigating big life changes, relationship strain, or the impact of illness and addiction feel less overwhelmed and more supported. In our work together, you’ll have a calm, down‐to‐earth space to slow things down, make sense of what’s happening, and begin to feel more grounded and in control. We’ll look at what’s getting in the way of the life and relationships you want, and build practical tools you can start using right away.

My approach to therapy

I approach therapy from a psychodynamic perspective, allowing you and your story to help direct the best path towards meeting your goals. I utilize a variety of therapy models to best meet your needs and to help you meet your goals.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll talk about what’s bringing you in, what you’ve already tried, and what you hope will feel different. You don’t need to have everything figured out or know exactly where to start—I’ll guide the conversation with gentle questions and clear next steps. Together, we’ll define your goals, discuss how we’ll work together, and make sure therapy feels like a good fit. If this resonates with you, I’d be honored to meet you and take the next step toward greater stability and relief.
