Great to meet you!

Navigating life’s challenges can feel overwhelming, but you don’t have to do it alone. As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with a master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from Pepperdine University, I am dedicated to providing compassionate, culturally responsive care to individuals and couples.

A bit about my approach to therapy

With years of experience in both the private and public healthcare sectors, I have worked with clients facing a range of challenges, including anxiety, depression, communication struggles, and identity exploration. My approach is deeply rooted in Narrative Therapy, helping clients uncover their preferred narratives, recognize their strengths, and develop tools for meaningful change.

What you can expect from our first session

Our first session is an opportunity for you to share your story, discuss what’s bringing you to therapy, and explore the goals you’d like to work toward. Together, we’ll begin to make sense of your experiences and identify the changes you hope to see. I provide a supportive and welcoming space where you can feel safe to express yourself openly. As we move forward, we’ll continue working collaboratively to help you create meaningful change and build the future you envision.
