Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Bryan, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I work with individuals who find themselves at a point where life feels overwhelming or “too much.” Whether you’re navigating a major transition, processing grief or loss, adjusting to change, or simply feeling weighed down by stress, you don’t have to face it alone. My priority is to help you feel heard, understood, and supported during this season of your life.

I view therapy as a true partnership. You are the expert on your life, and I’m here as a steady co-pilot—helping you make sense of what you’re experiencing and supporting you as you move forward at your own pace. Using a holistic, person-centered approach, we’ll explore the emotional, relational, and practical factors impacting your well-being and develop tools to help you regain balance and clarity.

Together, we’ll work toward strengthening resilience, building insight, and reconnecting with what matters most to you. If you’re ready to take the next step toward feeling more grounded and supported, I invite you to reach out and give me a call so we can begin this work together.

My approach to therapy

By integrating eclectic and holistic methods, I help you address current concerns from a fresh perspective. My focus is on providing personalized care that respects your individual journey and specific needs.

What you can expect from me

I want our first conversation to be a safe space for you to share whatever is bothering you. No two people are the same, so we’ll explore how your mental, physical, and social well-being are all interconnected. From there, we’ll pick the right 'tools for the toolbox'—like behavioral therapy or mindfulness—based on what you actually need. I’m committed to using evidence-based interventions to help you find relief and, more importantly, to help you realize your own strength in the process.
