Great to meet you!

Have you been overwhelmed with trying to navigate through the ways you show up in your relationships with others, making you question your own self-identity? The goal is to help you navigate through these feelings/emotions with self-curiosity and compassion. I want to help hold space for my clients to explore these new tools through self-discovery.

My approach to therapy

My approach is gentle, encouraging, and client centered. My goal is always to create a supportive space where clients can explore their experiences at their own pace. I also want to hold a safe space for us to work together, while thoughtfully challenging patterns that come up like avoidance, resistance, or other forms of people-pleasing that may show-up in different capacities. My therapeutic framework is set out to help clients feel safe, understood, and self-empowered as they develop a stronger self-awareness, strengthening their relationships with others and building a deeper understanding of themselves.

What you can expect from me

The first session is an opportunity for us to begin getting to know one another and understanding what brings you into session. There is no expectation when a client arrives to an intake session with me. This will be space for building trust and rapport takes time and comes first.
