Great to meet you!

Hello and welcome! I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a graduate degree from NYU. I specialize in trauma-informed, empowerment-based therapy. My areas of focus include anxiety, PTSD, grief, palliative care, and shock trauma, such as the aftermath of car accidents or sudden events. I’m passionate about helping clients break free from limiting beliefs and unhelpful patterns, while guiding them to establish healthier, more fulfilling connections with themselves and the world around them.
