Great to meet you!

You may look like you have everything together on the outside while privately feeling overwhelmed, emotionally exhausted, or uncertain about how to move forward. I work with adults navigating anxiety, trauma, women's issues, life transitions, and LGBTQ+ related concerns. Many of my clients come to therapy during periods of change, loss, self discovery, or emotional distress when the strategies that once worked no longer seem enough. Whether you're struggling with persistent worry, processing difficult experiences, navigating relationship challenges, rebuilding your confidence, or trying to better understand yourself, therapy can provide a space to pause, reflect, and heal. My goal is to help you gain greater clarity, reconnect with your strengths, and create a life that feels more aligned with your values, needs, and sense of purpose.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy is most effective when it focuses on the whole person rather than simply addressing symptoms. My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in understanding the experiences, relationships, and patterns that influence emotional wellbeing. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Psychodynamic Therapy, Strength Based Therapy, Humanistic Therapy, Schema Therapy, Interpersonal Psychotherapy (IPT), and Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) to tailor treatment to each client's unique needs. Together, we may explore anxiety, trauma, depression, identity development, relationship concerns, self esteem challenges, emotional regulation, and life transitions while building practical tools that support meaningful and lasting change. Therapy is designed to help you better understand yourself, strengthen resilience, and move toward a more fulfilling and balanced life.

What you can expect from me

You can expect a warm, affirming, and nonjudgmental space where you feel heard, respected, and supported throughout your therapeutic journey. I believe meaningful change happens within a strong therapeutic relationship built on trust, authenticity, and collaboration. As we work together, you can develop greater self awareness, healthier coping strategies, stronger confidence, improved relationships, and a deeper connection to your values and goals. Whether you're navigating anxiety, trauma, identity concerns, life transitions, or emotional overwhelm, my goal is to help you feel empowered to move forward with greater clarity, resilience, and self acceptance. You do not have to navigate these challenges alone.
