Great to meet you!

I'm Bryan, an experienced licensed therapist in Washington and Idaho. I'm also nationally Board Certified, with additional state and national certifications. I have worked with individuals in private practice, school-based, inpatient, residential, and community-based settings. I help others address stress and anxiety, addictions, intimacy-related issues, anger management, & men's issues.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I value authenticity, so being genuine with my clients is important to me. My theoretical approach is primarily cognitive-behavioral. I support individuals and groups using this lens, with input from acceptance, trauma-informed, and dialectic perspectives.

What you can expect from our first session

I believe that each of us deserves opportunities to seek health and happiness for our heads and hearts. Our energies become drained physically, emotionally, spiritually, and mentally. I develop relationships with so they trust in their worth and dignity. Life's challenges can seem difficult to overcome. But together, we prove that they are not always insurmountable and that, indeed, life can simply feel better.
