Great to meet you!

It can be hard to address personal issues and mental health complications. It is my role and honor to provide a safe therapeutic environment that is comfortable. Almost everyone has gone through difficult times in their lives. It’s how they’re handled that makes the difference. I received my BA Degree in 2008 and my MS Degree in Clinical Psychology, Marriage Family Therapy in 2011. I have been providing psychotherapy since 2009. I received my Marriage & Family Therapist License in 2013.

My approach to therapy

My therapeutic approach is client centered, collaborative, and eclectic consisting of a wide array of theoretical orientations and modalities to suit your needs. Populations I served are diverse ranging in age from infancy through the later adult years. I have worked in substance abuse, addiction settings, nonprofit settings, and outpatient settings. I have training in the following EBP's: seeking safety, trauma focused cognitive behavioral therapy, interpersonal psychotherapy, and many others.

What you can expect from me

My efforts to help stem from having an open mind, being non-judgmental, and tailoring treatment to suit your current needs. I am flexible and interested in learning something new about you every session. My goal is to promote growth so you can move forward in life’s journey. Each person is different. It requires their unique experience to guide the therapeutic process. It is within your potential to have a more rewarding and fulfilling quality of life. Collaboratively we can work together.
