Bryanna Smith

Hey! My name is Bryanna. I studied at the University of Oklahoma for undergrad and studied at John Jay College for my Masters. I have been in the mental health field for the last 4 years. I work with kids (2 years and older), adolescents and adults. I specialize in anxiety, depression, trauma, emotion regulation, play therapy, personality disorders and stress management. I work with families as well to help repair relationship rupture within the dynamic.

My approach to therapy is to create a warm environment where I am able to understand my client's perspective. From there, I work out of a holistic lens to help challenge and guide you to accomplishing your treatment goals. I am a balance of warm and inviting mixed with challenging and firm.

Clients can expect to have small goals to work towards throughout the week before our next session. Whether it is a physical task, or maybe carving out some time in the week to think about a certain topic.
