Great to meet you!

Do you have anxiety or doubt about whether you belong? Are you struggling to embody the "real" you?

My therapy practice provides space to be cared for as another human being, to think and feel without judgement, and to reconnect with what helps you feel safe, supported, and excited to be alive.

My approach to therapy

I hold a safe space to have hard conversations about identity, relationships, anxiety, grief, shame, sex, money, health, and more. We will explore what you need and cultivate an understanding of your strengths and struggles.

What you can expect from me

In our first telehealth session, we will briefly go over the basics of informed consent and practice policies. Then, we will begin talking about what you hope to get out of therapy. From there, we will begin the conversation of exploring your needs and how you can better meet them.
