Great to meet you!

I believe that the basis of therapy is the relationship we build. I will always take time to understand who you are, what makes you tick, and how you want your life to be. I might not always tell you what you want to hear, but I will always be there to hear you out and support you in your journey.

My approach to therapy

I will always see you as a whole person, who has hopes, dreams, fears and experiences that are just as valid and true as mine. I ask questions to understand your world and how you see it, and I will make observations based on what I see. I know I'm not always "right", but I can be a soundboard that you can use. I believe that by challenging you to think we can find out-of-the-box approaches to whatever you need.

What you can expect from me

The question I will always ask at the end of each session, "how can what we've talked about today apply to your life right now?". I see therapy as one hour out of your life to prepare to return back to the world better equipped to find the life you are looking for. Whether it's a new perspective, a therapeutic tool, or coping skill, we'll find something you can take back to your life.
