Great to meet you!

There are many reasons you may be considering counseling, from feeling stuck in worsening anxiety or depression, patterns of unhealthy relationships, current or past trauma, or needing a counselor to walk alongside you in the midst of a challenging life season. For whatever reason you are seeking a counselor, I believe it is so important to find one with whom you connect and can build trust.

Having worked as a first responder for several years, I have seen and understand the effects of repetitive trauma exposure, hypervigilance, compassion fatigue, anxiety, depression, and burnout. Whether you work in that field or not, I'm here to help you work through these challenges so you can not only function effectively in your career, but also feel more present, connected, and able to enjoy your life and relationships.

My approach to therapy

My approach is primarily rooted in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), but I recognize there is no "one size fits all" approach and will have a collaborative perspective as we work together.

What you can expect from me

I will work with you to understand your individual experiences, and help provide insight and practical tools to address the struggles you’re facing.
