Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with experience across private practice, inpatient, and outpatient settings. I work with adolescents and adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma (PTSD), eating disorders, substance use, and co-occurring disorders. I provide individual, group, and family therapy, and I’m especially focused on helping people understand the roots of their struggles, build effective coping skills, and create changes that feel sustainable in their daily lives. My approach is practical and tailored—I’ll meet you where you are and work with you to find strategies that actually fit your personality, values, and circumstances.

My approach to therapy

I am here for you. I work hard to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can talk openly and honestly about what’s going on—without feeling like you have to filter or “perform.” While I bring clinical training and experience into our work, I’m also a real person, and I want our sessions to feel like a genuine conversation, not an interrogation. I’ll be honest, compassionate, and collaborative, checking in with you about what’s helping and what’s not, so we can adjust as we go. My goal is for you to feel supported, understood, and empowered to make changes that move you toward the life you want.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll focus on getting to know each other and making sure you feel comfortable. You’re welcome to ask any questions you have, and I’ll also ask about your background, what you’ve been experiencing, and what’s bringing you in now. Together, we’ll talk through what you’re hoping to get out of therapy and any goals you already have, then start creating a plan that feels realistic and supportive for you. My aim is for you to leave that first appointment feeling heard, less alone, and with a clearer sense of how therapy can help.
