Great to meet you!

I use a personal approach tailored to each client. I bring myself in an authentic way and build a genuine bond with my clients. You'll laugh, cry, talk, vent, and learn structured tools when you need them. You get me in your corner, helping you build grace for yourself and show up better in your relationships. I believe in a balance of processing and healing the past while moving forward to the future.

My approach to therapy

I approach counseling with honesty, warmth, and respect. Sometimes you need someone to walk alongside you through life. Someone to laugh with you or sit with you when things hurt. Other times, it helps to have an outside perspective that offers new tools and different ways of seeing what you’re facing.

What you can expect from me

You get to show up, unguarded, and just be yourself. I work with you to create goals for change and healing in your life to keep our work grounded and structured. I prioritize getting to know you on a deeper level and when you're ready, we work on practical steps to improve your metal health.
