Great to meet you!

I have a Ph.D. in Counselor Education and Supervision from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. I specialize in working with anxiety, depression, adjustment, career-related concerns, identity development, men's issues, and the LGBTQ+ community.

My approach to therapy

I believe that the client is the expert on their own life. I approach counseling as a guide and co-pilot on your journey. My style is completely individualized, person-centered, and trauma-informed. You come first. I believe in focusing on the whole person, which includes the community and environment around you.

What you can expect from me
