My names is Buffy Marston and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor. I have been in the counseling field for over 25 years and have worked in several outpatient settings. Areas of expertise are anxiety, depression, grief, alcohol/substance abuse, relationship/marital issues, work related issues, behavioral issues and communication/conflict resolution.

My approach to therapy

I use a variety of theoretical approaches such as CBT, DBT, Solution Focused, Brief Therapy and Motivational Interviewing.
