Great to meet you!

Hi! I’m Burch, a dedicated therapist specializing in parts work. I bring a warm, grounded, and genuine presence to therapy. Together, we’ll slow things down and make space to understand the parts of you that carry stress, worry, or old emotional pain. I often draw from Internal Family Systems (IFS) to help you approach your inner world with compassion and curiosity. My goal is to help you feel more calm, connected, and confident in navigating both your inner and outer life. I would be honored to be a part of your journey, I look forward to meeting with you!

My approach to therapy

I support you, with compassion and curiosity, listen deeply to what’s happening inside. Turning within, we find the different parts of you yearning to be heard.

When we endure challenging experiences, our parts help us adapt to our environments by taking on extreme roles. I am Level 2-trained in Internal Family Systems and certified in Somatic IFS, these modalities used together help to free those parts from their extreme roles. What comes to the forefront naturally, is our wise Inner Healer.

What you can expect from me

I offer a warm and compassionate virtual space that empowers clients to explore themselves with open-hearted curiosity, allowing them to live life with Self-compassion and Choice!
