Great to meet you!

I'm an integrative psychiatrist dedicated to treating the whole person—mind, body, and soul. My approach blends holistic methods, like nutritional supplementation and mind-body practices, with traditional psychiatric treatments such as medication and counseling. I specialize in anxiety, ADHD, OCD, depression, bipolar disorders, and PTSD/trauma. My goal is to build a lasting, trusted partnership with you, supporting your journey toward a fulfilling life. I earned my B.S. in Molecular Biology and B.A. in Anthropology from the University of Central Florida, my M.D. from St. George's University, and completed my Psychiatry Residency at Richmond University Medical Center, where I served as Chief Resident.

My approach to therapy

I take a holistic approach to mental health, combining prescription medications and counseling with integrative methods like functional nutrition, and healthy lifestyle habits!

What you can expect from me

As a psychiatrist, my goal is to provide a supportive and nonjudgmental environment where you feel safe to explore your thoughts, emotions, and challenges. Through our sessions, you can expect to gain insight into your mental health, develop coping strategies, and work toward meaningful change.
