Great to meet you!

I’m a compassionate, client-centered therapist dedicated to creating a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you feel heard, understood, and valued. I believe every person’s experiences are unique, and I strive to meet you where you are while supporting you in working toward meaningful and lasting change.

I work with individuals navigating concerns such as anxiety, depression, stress, relationship challenges, self-esteem, life transitions, and other personal difficulties. My goal is to help you better understand yourself, develop healthy coping strategies, and build confidence in navigating life’s challenges.

Whether you’re going through a difficult season or simply want to better understand yourself and your patterns, I’m here to offer support, encouragement, and a space where you can be your authentic self.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, collaborative, and individualized. I believe meaningful therapy begins with feeling safe, heard, and genuinely understood. Rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach, I take the time to understand your experiences, strengths, challenges, and goals.

Together, we’ll explore the thoughts, emotions, relationships, and experiences that may be affecting your well-being. We’ll work toward greater self-awareness, healthier coping strategies, and meaningful change at a pace that feels comfortable and productive for you.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another and begin building a foundation for our work together. I’ll invite you to share what brings you to therapy, what you’re hoping to work on, and what you would like to be different in your life.

You can expect a welcoming, nonjudgmental environment where you don’t need to have everything figured out before you begin. We’ll talk about your current concerns, relevant experiences, and goals, and you’ll have the opportunity to ask any questions you may have about the therapy process.

Most importantly, I want you to leave your first session feeling heard, supported, and hopeful. Together, we’ll identify meaningful goals and develop an approach that fits your needs.
