Great to meet you!

There are times in life when what once felt familiar no longer fits. A relationship changes, a career loses its meaning, your health shifts, someone you love is gone, or you simply find yourself asking, Is this the life I want to be living?

With more than 20 years of experience in healthcare and mental health, I offer a supportive space to pause and reflect, where we can work together to build greater clarity, resilience, and purpose. Anxiety, grief, burnout, caregiving, aging, identity questions, chronic illness, and retirement all become different expressions of the same human experience: living through transition. Therapy offers an opportunity to slow down, reflect, and reconnect with what matters most.

My approach to therapy

My approach is grounded in psychodynamic, narrative, and meaning-centered perspectives, helping clients recognize the patterns that shape their lives, deepen self-understanding, cultivate self-acceptance, and move into transitions with greater clarity & intention. Together, we’ll create space to slow down, understand the patterns that have shaped your life, reconnect with what matters most, and move forward with greater clarity, resilience, and intention.

What you can expect from me

Starting therapy can feel like a big step. In our first session, we'll take time to slow down, explore what brought you here, and begin making sense of your experiences. Together, we'll identify what's most important to you and discuss how therapy can support you in navigating this season of your life.
