Great to meet you!

Hello there, I’m C Blanck (they/them), a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with an MSW (Master of Social Work) and MDiv (Master of Divinity). I specialize in trauma, including complex and religious trauma, as well as suicidality. I work with adults navigating anxiety, identity, and the impacts of systemic, relational, and traumatic harm, with a particular passion for supporting LGBTQIA+ and neurodiverse communities. I am CAMS (Collaborative Assessment and Management of Suicidality) trained and currently working toward full certification in the model.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, trauma-informed, and tailored to each person’s unique needs and goals. I integrate evidence-based practices such as IFS, ACT, CBT, and psychodynamic therapy to support both skill-building and deeper insight, while maintaining a strong focus on safety and trust. I also incorporate CAMS when working with suicidality, centering transparency and collaboration in the process. Above all, I aim to create an affirming, compassionate environment where clients feel empowered to move toward resilience and meaningful change.

What you can expect from me

In the first session, clients can expect a welcoming, supportive environment where we focus on building rapport and establishing trust. We’ll explore what brings you to therapy, review relevant history, and begin discussing your goals for therapy. Together, we’ll outline how you’d like to work toward those goals and what a successful therapeutic process looks like for you. My aim is to create a collaborative space where you feel heard, understood, and empowered from the very first session.
