Great to meet you!

With over 25 years of specialized experience, helping people is my driving passion. I offer compassionate, affirming therapy to help you reconnect with your inner strength, process trauma, and move toward a life that reflects your true self. My approach is trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and shaped by both professional expertise and lived experience within LGBTQIA+ the community. I will support you with navigating anxiety, depression, trauma recovery, relationship concerns, gender identity and transitions, coming out, family rejection, significant life transitions, and more.

My training combines evidence-based methods including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Emotion-Focused Therapy, Attachment-Based work, Psychoanalytic insight, and Grief & Bereavement support. Most importantly, I customize our work to fit your unique goals, history, and preferences, always with compassion and curiosity. Therapy is your safe space to heal.

Taking the first step to reach out can begin a process of meaningful growth and support. I invite you to schedule a free, no pressure 15-minute consultation to explore your needs and answer any questions in a supportive space. You don’t have to figure it out on your own.

My approach to therapy

You don’t have to figure this out on your own. Taking the first step to reach out can begin a process of meaningful growth and support. Therapy can be a transformative investment in your well-being.

If you're feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or simply ready for meaningful change, you're not alone. Many people face challenges like anxiety (including generalized anxiety, worry, panic, and social anxiety), depression, relationship and family conflict, trauma-related symptoms including PTSD, and the stress of navigating major life changes. I also work with clients who are coping with grief, low self-esteem, and burnout or difficulty managing stress.

Therapy can be a space to make sense of what you’re going through and to explore new ways of responding to life’s challenges. Together, we can work toward greater clarity, emotional resilience, and healthier relationships. I draw from evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), Attachment-Based work, and Psychoanalytic insight, but I always tailor our work to fit your unique story, goals, and preferences with care and curiosity.

What you can expect from me

If you are seeking to break free from patterns that no longer serve you, therapy can offer a space to reflect on your early experiences, heal from relationship wounds, and explore meaningful change. We’ll work together at your pace to understand what’s holding you back and identify new ways forward.

My practice is trauma-informed, inclusive, and rooted in deep respect for the full complexity of who you are. I specialize in LGBTQIA+ affirming care and strive to create a space where queer, trans, and nonbinary clients feel seen, supported, and understood - without needing to educate or explain their identity. I also welcome anyone seeking support with relationships, mental health, or simply navigating life in a complex and often overwhelming world.

Through insight, emotional exploration, and practical tools, therapy can support you in developing a more grounded, compassionate, and connected relationship with yourself and others. Wherever you are in your journey, you're welcome here.
