Great to meet you!

I am a licensed psychologist who employs evidence-based and collaborative approaches to support individuals achieve their mental health goals. I specialize in treating a variety of mental health conditions, including anxiety, depression, trauma, stress-related issues, grief and loss, relational wounds, as well as ADHD and challenges with executive functioning.

My approach to therapy

My goal is to provide a collaborative and supportive therapy environment where you feel you can vulnerably explore and share your internal world. My hope is to support you in finding meaning in emotions, relationships, and life experiences with the ultimate goal of helping you build the life and future you envision.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, I will provide a safe and supportive space for us to get to know each other.
