For over a decade she has been helping people heal from complex trauma, addictions, and the emotional and relationship struggles that prevent individuals from leading fulfilling lives.

My approach to therapy

Karen believes lasting recovery and personal growth are made possible by practicing self-compassion, identifying core values, and building on inner resiliency. In practice, she uses a range of techniques including psychodynamic, cognitive/behavioral, interpersonal, and creative therapies and teaches mindfulness and emotional intelligence skills to help clients reconnect with their inner strength, rebuild relationships, and create a life that feels authentic and balanced.
