Great to meet you!

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I work with adults who are dealing with the impact of trauma, relationship conflicts, and current life stressors. My background includes supporting individuals working through PTSD and the lasting impact of difficult or overwhelming experiences. I aim to create a space that feels comfortable, genuine, and nonjudgmental, where you can show up as you are and feel understood.

My approach to therapy

I use a trauma-informed and person-centered approach, which means we move at your pace and focus on what feels most important to you. I integrate EMDR, parts work, CBT, and somatic awareness to support processing.

I will meet you with empathy and support while also helping you explore patterns, build insight, and move toward meaningful shifts.

What you can expect from me

The first session is a chance for us to get to know each other and start understanding what's bringing you in. We will talk through what you have been experiencing, what feels important to focus on, and what you are hoping to get out of therapy. You will not be expected to share everything all at once as we will go at a pace that feels comfortable for you. By the end of the session, you can expect to have a clearer sense of how we might work together and what next steps could look like.
