Great to meet you!

I hold a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and a Master's degree in Counselor Education with a concentration in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. Each client has individual needs from therapy, which I am committed to addressing with a foundation of empathy and affirmation. Together, we’ll cultivate a strong therapeutic relationship built on trust and respect, empowering you to find healing and growth on your journey.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My therapeutic approach is rooted in person-centered and trauma-informed care. I am a trained EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) therapist with experience supporting adults who have Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) as a result of enduring emotional, sexual, or physical abuse. I also have experience working with dissociative disorders and providing affirmative counseling to the LGBTQ+ community.

What you can expect from our first session

I provide a supportive and non-judgmental environment where clients feel safe to share their thoughts, emotions, and feelings. During sessions, clients can gain greater self-understanding, develop strategies for healing, and explore ways to embrace their authentic selves and effectively manage stress.
